The instant writ petition has been filed with the following main reliefs:- "(i) Issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Investigating Officer to conclude the investigation of the case crime No. 245 / 2024 under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120B I.P.C., Police Station Mungra Badshahpur, District Jaunpur. (ii). Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 2. Heard Ms. Shaumya Singh, Advocate holding brief of Mr. K.K. Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned AGA appearing on behalf of the State and perused the material on record. 3. It is submitted by learned AGA that in the instant matter, after completion of investigation, final report has been forwarded on 20.03.2025 before the concerned Court. 4. At this juncture, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted and prayed that the instant writ petition may be disposed of in light of the statement given by the learned A.G.A. with liberty to avail appropriate remedy available under the law. 5. Taking into consideration the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties and the fact that final report has already been forwarded, Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Kamlesh Kumar Singh, Santosh Kumar Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Rang Bahadur .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 5 Others .....Respondent(s) we do not find any good reason to keep this petition pending for further adjudication. 6.
