It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the delay was a result of poverty of the applicant, who is the sole bread winner of the family. The petitioner is a layman and he was not aware that he had to file this appeal immediately before expiry of the period of limitation. 4. I have considered the submissions at the bar. It appears that sufficient ground has been explained. No malafide is discernible. 5. Considering all aspects, the delay of 111 (One Hundred and Eleven) days is condoned. 6.
