By the said judgment and order, the learned Single Judge dismissed the appellant’s petition which sought quashing and setting aside of the order dated 3rd December, 2024, passed by the respondent, blacklisting/debarring the appellant for five years from participating in any future tender/contract of Public Works Department. 2. Today, by a separate order passed in WA No.3 of 2026, we have dismissed the said appeal. The reasons given in the said judgment will cover the instant appeal. 3.
