1. While the matter was being argued, certain defects were noticed in the pleadings of the instant petition, which are not acceptable to this Court.
2. When the learned counsel for the petitioner was confronted with the same, he sought withdrawal of the instant petition unconditionally, with liberty to file fresh petition with better pleadings.
3. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
