The petitioner is an accused in connection with Argora P.S. Case No. 216/2024. It has been alleged that the informant was assaulted by the accused persons. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the main allegation of assault is attributed to Rajiv Ranjan and, in fact, a counter case has also been lodged by Rajiv Ranjan being Argora P.S. Case No. 218/2024 against the informant and others. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2025. Learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. Regard being had to the fact that the main allegation is levelled against co-accused Rajiv Ranjan, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class- XIII, Ranchi in connection with Argora P.S.
