Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 11.02.2025 before the respondents to sub-divide the land measuring an extent of 14-1/4 cents, comprised in survey No.86/4A, Kaadachanallur village, Kumarapalayam Taluk, Namakkal district and to issue a separate patta in the name of the petitioner. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 11.02.2025 will be considered within a period of six weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents 2 & 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 11.02.2025, after issuing due notice to the petitioner as well as joint patta holders and other aggrieved persons, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 27078 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 6.
