Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3. The petitioner is holding account bearing Account No.100046784797 with the 2nd respondent/Bank. While being so, on the request made by the 3rd respondent, the 2nd respondent/Bank has frozen the petitioner’s account and did not permit the petitioner to operate his account. 4. Though notice was served on the respondents and their names printed in the cause-list, there is no representation for them before this Court either in person or through pleader. 5. In view of the above, the 2nd respondent is directed to mark lien over the petitioner’s account to the tune of Rs.1,00,000/- and permit the petitioner to operate his account for the remaining amount in further, forthwith. 7.
