Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph No.8(b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13309 of 2026 dated 01.06.2026 is modified to the effect that “the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every alternate day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders”.
