Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 3. By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed a representation dated 12.05.2026 and application dated 11.06.2026 before the respondent, requesting them for transfer of patta, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 28610 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 5 pertaining to the subject land. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition. 5. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner’s representation will be disposed of within a period of 8 weeks and hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders. 6. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 7. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representation and application of the petitioner dated 12.05.2026 and 11.06.2026 and after issuing notice to all the concerned parties dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 8. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
