Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 27062 of 202 __________ Page2 of 4 made an online application 17.03.2026 to take necessary and immediate action towards his Application No.2026/0105/09/009500 dated 17.03.2026 and consequently demarcate, subdivide the pathway available in survey Nos. 482/2A and 465/1H, Thirumalaipatti Village, Sendamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District. However, the same was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and submitted that the petitioner’s application dated 17.03.2026 will be considered within a period of six weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's online application 17.03.2026 and carry out a survey and complete the process, after giving prior notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved parties, if any, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 27062 of 202 __________ Page3 of 4 6. It is made clear that this order is passed only for the purpose of issuing a direction to the official respondent to conduct a survey and lay boundary stones at the subject land. In the event any dispute arises regarding the possession of the subject property, the same has to be decided by way of filing a suit before the competent Civil Court. 7. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
