Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 24.03.2026 before the official respondents seeking cancellation of patta No.439, standing in the names of respondents 4 to 6 and to issue a fresh patta on their favour only to the extent which they are entitled to. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 24.03.2026 will be considered within a period of six weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
