Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 17.02.2026 before the official respondents to the name of fourth respondent herein in the computerised revenue records pertaining to the patta No.358 in favour of petitioner’s name by considering the representation dated 17.02.2026. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 17.02.2026 will be considered within a period of four weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
