Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondent 1 to 3. 3. By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed a representation dated 18.04.2022 before the respondent, requesting them for cancellation of joint patta issued in favour of the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 28624 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 5 respondents 4 & 5 and to restore the patta in favour of the petitioner and other legal heirs. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition. 5. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner’s representation will be disposed of within a period of 8 weeks and hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders. 6. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 7. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents 2 & 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.04.2022 and after issuing notice to all the concerned parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 8. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
