Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 27.09.2024 before the respondents to issue patta on his favour for the remaining extent of 0.26 1/4 ares in Survey No. 228/3 situated at Elayur (West), Koriyampatti village, Andhimadam taluk, Ariyalur district. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 27.09.2024 will be considered within a period of four weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2024, after issuing due notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved persons, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
