This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the reminder representation dated 29.06.2026 to grant licence considering the Application submitted by the petitioner on 06.08.2024 for obtaining licence to erect a Hoarding in the subject property. 2. Ms.Aswini Devi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the procedure has changed and all the grievances can now be addressed through online petition. Therefore, if the petitioner files an online application, the respondents will consider the same. 3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to file an online application. Upon receipt of such representation, the respondents are directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of online application. 4.
