2. The case of the petitioner is that he had joined the service of the respondent Corporation as an Apprentice in the year 1975. He retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.07.2012 after rendering about 35 years of service. According to the petitioner, his pension was not correctly fixed as his entire qualifying service and the revised wages payable to him were not taken into account. Aggrieved thereby, he had filed W.P. No.6316 of 2020. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 24.10.2024, the respondents revised his basic pay and pension by proceedings dated 16.07.2025.
