The petitioner is aggrieved by office order dated 18.04.2026 (Annexure P-1), in terms whereof, he stands transferred from Development Block Shri Naina Devi at Swarghat, District Bilaspur, H.P. to District Development office, 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

Learned counsel for the petitioner though submitted that the stay of the petitioner at the present station is six years, but he submitted that as the petitioner, in terms of Annexure P- 3, has been assigned the duties with regard to the Panchayat Elections and further as there is a ban on transfer, in terms of Annexure P-2, on account of the Panchayat Elections, the
order is bad.
4. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner as also learned Advocate General, as agreed, this petition is
disposed of with the direction that the impugned order qua the petitioner shall not be given effect to till the ban is in force on account of the Panchayat Elections and as soon as the ban is lifted, the petitioner shall join at the station to which he stands transferred to, in terms of Annexure P-1. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
