However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent and submitted that the petitioner’s online application dated 18.03.2026 will be considered within a period of two weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's online application dated 18.03.2026, after issuing due notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved persons, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 27138 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 6.
