Therefore, if the petitioner wants to enter the land, police protection cannot be given. If the other party is unlawfully preventing the petitioner, it is for the petitioner to move such application for injunction in the pending suit and as and when any interim order is granted in favour of the petitioner or final degree, if any, passed in favour of the petitioner, the police will accordingly give protection.
