Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- ‘10.1 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records of the case pertaining to the case of petitioner for kind perusal of this Hon’ble Court. 10.2 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to give seniority as per Disability Act 2016 and respondent has not considered the case of petitioner till yet. 10.3 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents No. 2, 3 & 5 to give promotion on the post of Principal to the petitioner from the date of declaration of promotion list i.e. 23/05/2023 along with consequential benefits. 10.4 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to decide the pending representation which lies upon the respondents. 3 / 3 10.5 Any other relief, which may be deemed, fit by this Hon’ble Court just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be provided in favour of the petitioner.’ 2. Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner for redressal of his grievances as raised in this writ petition has submitted a representation before respondent no. 4 on 30.01.2026 which is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent no. 4 to consider and take decision on pending representation at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and nature of grievance raised in this writ petition, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent no. 4, 6 and 7 to consider and take decision on the representation Annexure P-5 dated 16.02.2026 submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of ‘four weeks’ from the date of receipt of copy of Order.
