Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of the victim made before the learned Magistrate, her injury report and the statement of a neighbour and immediate post occurrence witness and the fact that substantially similarly circumstanced co-accused denied the benefit of anticipatory bail by this Court, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. 2 Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
