Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 15.07.2025 before the respondents to correct and rectify the revenue records including the Chitta, Adangal, and all other connected revenue records pertaining to survey No.133/1C situated at Vedanattham Revenue village, Kilpennathur Taluk,Tiruvannamalai District so as to correctly reflect the extent of Acres 1.25 cents on his favour and the other legal heirs of Late Ethiraj Naicker in accordance with the Registered Partition deed dated 13.03.1959 registered as Document No.967 of 1959 and to https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 27199 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 5 simultaneously correct the revenue records relating to survey No.133/1A so as to reflect the extent of Acres 0.83 cents in favour of the legal heirs of Late.Pichandi Naicker in conformity with the said partition Deed, while retaining without alteration the existing entry relating to survey No.133/1B measuring acres 0.14 cents, being the common well area jointly held by both families. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 15.07.2025 will be considered within a period of four weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
