Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to paid the monthly salary of Rs 10656/- to the petitioner as earlier salary was paid to the petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation filed by the petitioner dated 17.12.2025 ANNEXURE P/4 as early as possible. 10.3 Any other relief or reliefs may also be granted to the petitioner which this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was engaged as part time Sweeper and posted at Middle School Chitvishrampur. Since the date of his appointment petitioner is continuously working till date. Initially his wages was fixed as Rs.8400/- per month and thereafter in October 2025 it was enhanced to Rs.10656/- per month. Petitioner was paid enhanced rate of wages in the month of October 2025. However, subsequently it was revised to Rs.8400/- only i.e. initial wages on which petitioner was appointed. Aggrieved by which petitioner submitted representation before the District Education Officer on 17.12.2025. However, till date, no decision has been taken and therefore a direction be issued to respondent No.3 to take decision on pending representation at the earliest within specified time. 3 / 3 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that as the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merit and only seeking a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and take decision on pending representation of petitioner, she is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider and take decision on pending representation of petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
