It is seen that the third respondent is also claiming that he is in possession of the aforementioned property. That apart, there are three suits pending in respect of the very same property between the petitioner and the third respondent. Therefore, police protection cannot be granted to peacefully access, possess, and enjoy the said property. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil court for appropriate relief.
