Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 3. By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed a representation dated 09.06.2026 before the respondent, requesting them for issuance of Natham patta for the land allotted to him. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition. 5. Further, he would submit that even A-register, pertaining to the subject land, stands in the name of the petitioner and hence, he seeks for a direction for issuance of Natham patta. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 28755 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 5 6. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that enquiry will be conducted and accordingly, the petitioner’s representation will be disposed of within a period of 6 weeks and hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders. 7. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 8. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.06.2026 and after issuing notice to all the concerned parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While considering the petitioner’s representation, the respondent shall verify the aspect as to whether any transaction is made by the petitioner, in respect of the subject property, to and in favour of his daughter. 9. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
