Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an online application dated 25.02.2026 to conduct survey and fix boundary stones on his land in Survey No.1/2P (70 cents) (0.26.00 Ares). However, the same was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and submitted that the petitioner’s application dated 25.02.2026 will be considered within a period of six weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's online application dated 25.02.2026 and carry out a survey and complete the process, after giving prior notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved parties, if any, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. In the event any dispute arises regarding the possession of the subject property, the same has to be decided by way of filing a suit before the competent Civil Court. 7.
