Upon perusing the complaint dated 01.07.2026, it can be seen that the petitioner is complaining an attack on a particular day. It is stated that the F.I.R is not registered and the case is kept as a petition. 3. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that even the Accident Register copy of the hospital clearly mentions assault by three known person, inspite of the same the police has not registered a case.
