Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (Oral) Counsel for the petitioner submits that, after the filing of the execution petition, an order dated 20th March 2026 has been passed by the Executive Engineer, JSV Division, Dehra whereby work-charge status has been granted upon completion of eight years of continuous daily-wage service w.e.f. 01.01.2006 on notional basis. 2. He further submits that he does not press the present execution petition, with liberty reserved to avail appropriate remedies in the event of any further cause of action. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment? Yes -2- 3. Accordingly, the present execution petition is dismissed as not pressed, with liberty as aforesaid. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of. (G.S.
