This is application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- arrest bail to the accused/petitioners, namely, (i) Sobar Ali and (ii) Abdul Karim, who is apprehending arrest in connection with Chunari P.S. Case No. 08/2025 (corresponding to G.R. No. 905/2025) registered under Sections 61(2)/109(1)/118(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Chunari P.S. Case No. 08/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 05/2026 dated 28.04.2026. 4. In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to approach the learned Trial Court for their bail in said Chunari P.S. Case No. 08/2025 within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from today, which may be considered in accordance with law. 5.
