Giridih (M), Dist.-Giridih .… Petitioner Versus The State of Jharkhand .... Opposite Party .... CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR For the Petitioner : Mr. Tarun Kr. No.1, Adv. For the State : Ms. Mohua Palit, A.P.P. .... 03/20.02.2026 1. The applicant who is in custody since 29.03.2024 has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. No.325 of 2024 arising out of Pachamba P.S. Case No.39 of 2024, G.R. No.1597 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 IPC, pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Giridih. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. alongwith its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. 3. Innocence has been claimed and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. 4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant. 5. From perusal of the record, it appears that F.I.R. has been lodged under Section 304(B) of IPC but subsequently converted under Section 302 of IPC. There are several ante-mortem injuries. The place of occurrence is the matrimonial home. Further, out of ten charge sheeted witnesses, four witness have been examined. 6. Considering the above facts and the stage of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, at this stage. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the applicant stands rejected.
