The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was in illegal possession of 80.91 grams of Cocaine. Hence the complaint. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that the petitioner is ready and willing to abide by any condition that may be imposed by this Court and hence, prayed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondent Police, reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the investigation is still pending. He would further submit that, if the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail, there is every likelihood of his absconding and indulging in similar offences in future. I have given my anxious consideration to either side submissions. 6. From the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), if anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner, it is likely to have an adverse impact on society. Further, if anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner for the offence under NDPS case, it would shock the conscience of the society. Although the petitioner was found in possession of an intermediate quantity of cocaine, considering the nature of the allegations and the interest of society at large, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7.
