The petitioner states that he is residing in S.F. Nos.387/1, 387/2 and 387/3 situated at Poolampatti Village, Edappadi Taluk, Salem District. He further states that he has filed O.S. No.476 of 2021 before the I Additional District Court, Salem, seeking partition and separate possession of the property. During the pendency of the suit, the father of the fifth respondent passed away. According to the petitioner, the fifth respondent has thereafter put up a construction on the property without any legal authority. Aggrieved by the alleged unauthorised construction, the petitioner submitted representations to the official respondents seeking appropriate action. 4. The learned Government Counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner’s representations will be considered in accordance with law within the time that may be fixed by this Court. 5.
