Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner acquired the subject property comprised in S.No. 259/2A1C1, measuring 4 ½ cents, situated at Ernapuram Village, Sankari Taluk, Erode District, vide a registered Sale Deed bearing Document No. 93 of 2025 dated 06.01.2025. He further submits that intending to survey the property, the petitioner submitted an online application dated 22.06.2026 to the 1st respondent. However, the said application has not been considered till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition. 3.Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner’s online application dated 22.06.2026 will be considered within a period of six weeks. 4.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5. In view of the above, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's online application dated 22.06.2026 and carry out a survey and complete the process, after giving prior notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved parties, if any, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 27629 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. It is made clear that this order is passed only for the purpose of issuing a direction to the respondents to conduct a survey and lay boundary stones at the subject land. In the event any dispute arises regarding the possession of the subject property, the same has to be decided by way of filing a suit before the competent Civil Court.
