The learned counsel for the petitioner invites my attention to the order passed in CRP No.3715 of 2026, dated 01.07.2026, in and where, already I had an occasion to issue a direction to the execution court to dispose of the connected E.P.No.8 of 2026 before the very same court. 3. In the light of the above said order dated 01.07.2027 and also considering the fact that Arbitration Award has been passed as early as on 05.03. 2025, I am inclined to allow the civil revision petition, dispensing with the notice to the respondent, who is in no way prejudiced by way of directions issued in this revision. 4. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is allowed and the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Poonamallee is directed to dispose of E.P.No.5 of 2026, on or before 30.09.2026.
