Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application dated 16.05.2026 to survey and sub divide the his properties comprised in Survey No.232/3 having an extent of 2 Acre 98 cents, Survey No.232/4 having an extent of (38 1/2 plus 5) 43 1/2 cents and a well comprised in S.No. 30/1 having an extent of 5 cents at Sadhashivapuram village, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem district with the aid of 4th respondent at the time of the survey and setting up fencing and subsequently issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner. However, the same was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Hence, he prays for dismissal of this writ petition. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5. Since a final order dated 31.05.2026 was passed by the official respondents on the petitioner's application dated 16.05.2026, the appropriate course of action available to the petitioner is to challenge the said order in a manner known to law. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed with a liberty to challenge the order dated 31.05.2026.
