The present writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to furnish the latest balance sheet/statement of account pertaining to the loan account of the petitioner’s husband Selvaraj having Loan Account No.RML 30351856707 for waiving the interest and to give a proposal for settlement of the principal amount as per the Banking Rules on the basis of petitioner’s representation dated 16.03.2026. 3. At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2026 would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed, within a time period to be stipulated by this Court. Agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner. 4.
