1 C.M.P.Nos.18788, 18792 & 18797 of 2026 in S.A.SR.No. 90192 of 2014 V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN, J. i) C.M.P.No. 18788 of 2026 has been filed to condone the delay of 265 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant namely Jinnah in the above Second Appeal. ii) C.M.P.No. 18792 of 2026 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant namely Jinnah in the above Second Appeal. iii) C.M.P.No.18797 of 2026 has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 5 to 8 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased first appellant namely Jinnah in the above Second Appeal. 2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these three petitions are allowed. 3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments.
