Civil Suit in C.S.No.171 of 2023 was filed by the plaintiff, seeking for a direction to the defendant to pay the plaintiff a sum of Rs.1,26,55,071/- with interest thereon at 24% per annum covered under the Negotiable Instruments Act from the date of filing of the suit till the date of realisation and other costs. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.D.Nellaiappan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent raised no objections for the application filed by the applicant. He also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect. 4.
