The prayer in the said C.M.P is that the respondent has filed false information in the affidavit of assets filed along with the maintenance application. 2. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits or otherwise of the matter. It can be seen that the M.C. is of the year 2017 and C.M.P. is of the year 2024 . 3.
