P.P. …...... 02/ 17.03.2026: This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of IPC. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned AddI. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. The F.I.R. is against unknown. The chargesheet has been submitted in this case. No TIP has been conducted to identify the complicity of the petitioner. Similarly situated, one of the co-accused has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.02.2022 passed in B.A. No.15836 of 2021. 5. Considering the aforesaid fact and the fact that similarly situated, one of the co-accused has been granted bail, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rajmahal, in connection with Barharwa P.S. Case No.11 of 2021, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his own name within the State of Jharkhand with a further condition that the petitioner shall appear and mark his attendance before the Registrar, Civil Court, Rajmahal once in a month till the disposal of the trial.
