C.M.P.No. 14399 of 2026 has been filed to implead Doshi Developers and Builders Private Limited as respondent in C.M.P.No. 14354 of 2023 in S.A.Sr.No. 27168 of 2007. 3. Admittedly, the petitioners herein are purchasers of a portion of the suit schedule mentioned property from the deceased first defendant. Though the petitioners are lis pendens purchasers, applying the judgment in the Thomson press (India) Ltd., vs. Nanak Builders & Investors (P) Ltd., & Ors, (AIR 2013 SCC 2389), they are entitled to be impleaded on record. Mr.Abhijeet Krishnan, attempted to oppose the said applications. When the law has been declared by the Supreme Court, I do not find any merit in the said objection.
