The petitioner is an accused in connection with Kuchai P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025 corresponding to G. R. No. 348 of 2025. It has been alleged that the daughter of the informant was strangulated to death by the accused persons. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is aged 19 years and he is in custody since 14.05.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. It appears that the deceased and the petitioner as well as another co-accused were residing together and the murder had taken place in the same house. Considering the strong circumstance of involvement of the petitioner in committing murder of the daughter of the informant, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and the same is hereby rejected at this stage.
