The petitioner submits that the direction passed in the order dated September 12, 2025 has not been complied with till date. 2. On perusal of the said order, it appears that the petitioner was granted leave to file a comprehensive representation before the competent authority seeking release of the balance payment receivable by him. 3. It is submitted that one of the authorities passed a reasoned order but the other has not. 4. The Court is of the opinion that as direction was not passed upon any particular authority to comply with the order and merely leave was granted to the petitioner to file representation before the competent authority, the petitioner ought to have approached the regular forum if there is any inaction on the part of the competent authority to take steps in the matter. 5. Hence, no contempt lies in the facts and circumstances in the instant case. The contempt application stands disposed of. 2 6. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum for remedy in accordance with law, if so advised. 7. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 8.
