The applicant was granted earlier interim bail on 18.11.2025. 4. Mr. Sandeep Sharma, learned A.G.A. on instructions submits that investigation is still going on and apprise to this Court that another co-accused, namely, Mukarram S/o Samshad Ansari has already been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Session Judge, Dehradun on 15.12.2025. 5. Taking into consideration that applicant was already granted interim bail on 18.11.2025 with certain conditions and same has never been misused and another co-accused Mukarram has already been granted anticipatory bail by the In-charge Session Judge, Dehradun on 15.12.2025, this Court is of the view that the present applicant deserves for anticipatory bail. 6. In such view of the matter since applicant was already granted interim bail on 18.11.2025, the same is made absolute. 7. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application is disposed of finally.
