Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction to the Respondent to consider the marks awarded - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:18442 WP No. 2760 of 2026 to the Petitioner for the examination in the discipline of M.D.S - Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics, held in November 2025, conducted by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences to grant grace marks as allotted to other similarly placed students and consequentially declare the Petitioner as 'PASS'. Alternatively; 2. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to conduct a reevaluation of the M.D.S - Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics Part 2, Paper 1 and Paper 2." 2. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is open for the petitioner to approach the respondent-university.
