No.128 of 2026, on the file of the respondent police, for the alleged offences under Sections 296(b),351,316(2), BNS r/w 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2. In view thereof, the petitioner has prayed that his bail application be considered on the same day. Considering the provisions of the Act, the allegations and factual background, I am of the view that the prayer can be considered. However, the hearing of the bail application shall take place with due notice to the de facto complainant. 3.
