No. 259 of 2026 __________ Page2 of 3 ORDER This Arbitration Original Petition has been filed to appoint a Sole Arbitrator under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 to adjudicate the disputes which have arisen between the Petitioner and the Respondent in terms of the Memorandum of Association dated 04.12.2023 and Service Agreement dated 29.04.2024.

3. During the pendency of the present Arbitration Original Petition, the parties have entered into a Memorandum of Agreement, wherein, they had settled their disputes among themselves and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would also submit that, pursuant to the Memorandum of Agreement, the dues payable by the respondent to the petitioner has also been settled and would acknowledge the settlement.
