(ii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case including cost of the petition, may also be granted. 2) Learned State counsel has referred the letter dated 2.12.2021 (Annexure R/1) issued by Block Education Officer, Block Dantewada to the petitioner stating that representation of petitioner has already been decided. 3) At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to assail the said order by filing a duly constituted writ petition. 4) No objection from other side. 5) Consequently, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
