While being so, on the instructions from the first respondent, the second respondent freezed the petitioner’s account and did not permit the petitioner to operate the account. 3.Though notice was served on the respondents and name printed in the cause list, no one appeared before this Court either in person or through pleader. 4.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to defreeze the petitioner’s account and permit the petitioner to operate his account.
