Heard, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsels for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned APPs opposes the prayer for bail. 4. After hearing the learned counsels for the parties and after going through the record, I find that the petitioners were caught while they were driving the 4-wheeler vehicle which was alleged to have been stolen. The petitioners are in custody since 09.10.2025 and chargesheet has already been submitted. 5. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are 2026:JHHC:5027 2 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Godda in connection with Pathargama PS Case No. 161 of 2025 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioners, having sufficient landed property in his own name within the State of Jharkhand. 6.
